Other Communications Experience I worked with American Collegiate Marketing in East Lansing as an intermediary between magazine publishers and customers. I answered phone calls and composed customer service letters to both customers and publishers in an effort to resolve account issues. I worked with Voyager.net/CoreComm in East Lansing as a customer service representative. I walked customers through setting up dial-up accounts on their computers, troubleshooted some technical issues, and resolved billing issues. Skills and Software Experience I have been working with computers since 1992 and began web design in 1997. I am able to easily adapt to new software and incorporate new ideas.
